Independence Day

So what is everyone doing for the 4th this year? Fireworks, beach, video games?

My family usually does nothing but bake cakes and maybe a few fireworks, other than that i play games the entire day

Canada actually had it's version of independence day on the 1st, Canada day. Watched some fireworks from a distance, I have a spot where I can see multiple shows at once. I went to see a friend I hadn't seen in years either, so that was a great way to spend it.

It was super hot this weekend too (45 degrees C, 113 F), so most of the actual daytime was spent hiding indoors - I played through some Gears of War 2.
