[PGTTT] Lower music in ttt_damons_disco_v1

So the music in this map is very loud, it can be fixed in your audio settings, but you really shouldn't have to resort to that to play a map.

Also with panorama UI, Valve has deleted the "Master Music Volume" setting. So in order to decrease map music, you have to adjust your "Master Volume", which affects all sound, which isn't a good solution.

There is an update awaiting upload that will decrease the music sound by 66%. You can still go crazy on the music, whilst hearing people talk and not get bleeding ears when walking past the area.
