Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
When I try to reply to any open thread in the Bugs / Incidents / Problems board, it gives me the error "you do not have permission to access this page".
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
As a normal user account (not with special permissions), try posting a reply to a thread.
Any extra info we may need to know
The board was very recently moved to be a child of the Tech Service Desk section. I'm sure this is related to suddenly being unable to post replies there.
