I have gotten my unique ID from teamspeak and have entered it into my MAUL but it has a X next to it like its incorrect.

you gotta message the Edgegamers bot in the lobby, and type !verify

If that didn't work, you'll need to take your teamspeak id out of maul and put it back in

Hmm, after you took it out of maul and put it back in, did you message the bot again?

Also if your able to speak with one of our advisors in Memeber services(PSC), they’ll prob give you a better answer
