Thread Subscription Notifications Aren't Working

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

I have my thread subscription status set to 'instantly, using email'. Despite that, I never receive a notification when someone replies to a thread I'm subscribed to. I don't receive any notification on the forum itself either. The only way to see if someone replied to a thread I subscribed to is to manually navigate to my subscriptions page and check.

Subscribe to a thread and wait for a reply. There won't be any indication that a reply has been posted. You have to manually check the status of the thread yourself.

Even CL threads don't provide notification of replies. There also aren't any notifications for when the thread is moved, the status/prefix changes, it's locked, etc. However a notification IS given when a post in a thread is liked.

I believe we turned off emailing due to issues with people flagging the email account for spam.

Either that, or check your spam/junk folder to see if its there.
 
They aren't there. It notifies me of private messages via email but not thread replies.
 
Since it has been time since the last person responded, will move to completed, if issue arises again feel free to make a report again.
