Can only take one vehicle out of impound

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Whenever I join the server, I can take out one car from the impound before having to relog to be able to take another car out of the impound. Sometimes it will let me take two out without having to relog however that is very rare.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

1. Take a car out of the impound
2. Break that car down or put it in a garage (May have to break it down may not have to I don't quite know)
3. Go back to the impound and try to take out another car.

Any extra info we may need to know

It may just be me and my friend but we cleared our cache as well and it still didn't fix anything so I believe its a bug on the server.

When you say another car, do you mean one different from the first one, the one you had pulled out already or both?

Both, either one won't work for me or my friend.

It also seems if you spam the car you want to respawn it will work but maybe not always.
