connect to server download materials from server, time out re-connect to server get Disconnected by VAC: You cannot play on secure servers. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2117-ilzv-2837.

VAC disconnect messages are typically caused by 3 instances.

1. You are VAC banned (as I can see, you are not)
2. You have a program interfering with your executable that is not a hack (see the error you posted and check those issues)
3. Steam had an oopsie (probable issue, try reconnect or resetting your PC then connecting)

Let me know if this issue persists.

It seems to have stopped I think I found the issue, I was recovering files using Easus Data Recovery from my External drive, and when I stopped it I no longer got the messages, it still continues to download the free_duel files each time I connect though

the Free_duel files always downloads, so it's normal
