The quickest way to alert an admin, if one does not appear to be in game, is to hop onto TeamSpeak. The information can be found here. Posting on the forums or the shoutbox is encouraged, however, is not considered to be a viable way to attract attention to a live situation or events that require immediate attention.
Additionally, if you have information on a player that seems to be breaking the rules, you can post a thread on the Request Ban portion of the website so it can be investigated.

yepper....... been spending alot of time on the Ban Request page, and it seems to be working. I really do appreciate the actions taken by higher-up to clear out these continuous repeat offenders, and i know that the non-english speaking "good guys" appreciate my/your efforts in dealing with the removal of these disruptive folks. We have a great little group of admins who still play this game (8 years on...Wow!) and they do a great job while in game, but I agree other players need to step it up and get the TS installed and help clean the house when there are no admins present to spank the problem children. Simple, yet effective! . Nut out
