It's almost like it's intentionally low so people stop getting into shootouts and actually rp other stuff.

If it were to be more than what it is, people would rob it a lot more often.
I do think the amount the 24/7 gives is kinda eh though, if they were to raise anything, it should be that.

If the only thing you can think of is "follow yellow circles" for RP, you have no creative ability at all... Go watch some youtube videos on GTA RP. Get creative.

Thats not all I can do, but if you have ever had to do one of those jobs you would realize there isnt much room for RP. Most people are scared of being robbed or AFK. While I do agree with you that you can RP while working, I just think that the added risk of robbing the bank would yield more than 20k.

I think you aren't understanding that he means stuff OTHER than doing the jobs and RPing in those. For example, me and a few friends had a farmer RP where we went around the city and he started selling us (in animal form). It was quite fun actually.
Someone also posted a video awhile ago of someone in legion square singing, and people ended up tipping him money.
There's a lot of stuff you can do other than the jobs or robbing places.

You make a very good point, which you are right, I hadn't thought of. My mind just went to when me and my friends first joined we needed cash to start out. You know buy a car or 2, some guns etc. So my mind was looking more into the process of furthering your wealth while RPing one of the jobs you guys had created. If I get a chance I'd love to try to RP some new jobs and see how they play out.
Heres an addition. Maybe add a quicktime event to the safe or safes. So instead of HAVING to wait the 5 minutes for the cops to show up it can depend on some level of skill. I have seen on other servers that you can maybe crack a safe or something. I dont think it should be increased dramatically I just believe that if I wanted to put my life in danger for a bank heist I would net more than $20,000 - $40,000
I'm not saying that its unfair that the cops will ALWAYS show up to these heists and RP, but I think it could add more depth if there were ways to finish faster, or even being able to have a little more room with how you do it.

You missing the big pic. You still talking about robbing the bank. Do something else. Bank rp last only about 5 min. Job rp can last forever . How about doing some legal stuff for once

Lakeboy, you just got to try different things out and sometimes you don't even need to rely on the servers mechanics for some good RP.
I run Hung Lo's V8 burger at legion garage where I use the "prepare something to eat" animation over the engine of a Corvette. Chat some people up and have a good time. I don't charge for the "burgers" (bread, or fish to heal people) but people donate an average of $5k.. On Saturday, Arbiter gave me $60k for a burger and told me to keep up the good work. That felt good.
Guess what im saying is you don't need guns and violence to have fun. Try and organize a bike race or have a party. Get people involved and do an activity together. People receive well to simple stuff. Its all a big social experiment where the primary goal is for EVERYONE to have fun.

I am not relying on server mechanics but I am limited by them. I see where you are coming from but all those people that are giving you money had to grind it out from somewhere.
I dont NEED guns and violence but why am I being inherently punished for choosing a criminal life instead of a life as a law abiding citizen. You can make 60k flipping burgers on a car but I risk my life to rob a bank and I make 20k? All I am trying to say is the reward should be higher for the risk. I love RPing as a criminal, I get to do everything I couldn't do in this life, I just wish I didnt have to sit in jail for hours for a low amount of cash.
Most of the time I play it is legal RP, but when I can do that kinda shit in real life. Why cant I have a wild side and do the illegal things without it being heavily imbalanced?

Because you're RPing cops and robbers and you're getting punished because that's part of the RP. I made 60k because someone saw it was good RP.. A lot of fish the I spend catching and giving it to people I get $0 for... And you know the cops, who have to RP with you when you rob a place.. They only make about 1k per games day. The only risk there is in RP is your time. How you choose to spend your time is up to you. I chose to risk my time flipping burgers and your actions, the consequence is spending it in jail. Do it for the RP not for the money.

I Feel like you arent reading what I am saying. I am not doing it for the money. I am doing it because I want to RP as a criminal and give the cops something to do. But what isn't fun is spending your time robbing something and doing something that literally does nothing for me other than give me a chance to RP, which will lead to me in jail. I just dont see why it isn't even a little worth it, do you guys not want criminals playing on this server?
Overall I dont think any of you want to even challenge the idea that what is currently in place is flawed. I think you should cater to everyone not just people who want to be law abiding citizens.
