All I wanted to say here was that I can chose to RP as slaughterhouse worker for around 75k an hour, with a literal 0% chance of getting in trouble if I follow the rules. Now if I wanted to say rob a bank, because my character is a criminal. I HAVE to rob 1 of 3 spots that range from 20k-60k. I have no interaction actually robbing the vault, other than talking and acting it out with your crew. Wait 5 minutes for the cops to show up (They always do, 5 minutes is plenty for them to setup) then try to negotiate or run and gun (I've said this exact statement earlier). Now all Im saying is that the reward for putting YOUR LIFE at risk for the sake of RP should be higher. If you dont see that maybe you should try to be a criminal and see how hard the life is.

Read your reply above and tell me if it is actually about enjoying the moment where your role play the situation out or you feel like you should get more play money for participating. Because if its about the RP, I feel like you're getting it.

And fyi I've had some great RP booking someone, being booked, hanging out in jail and choking chicken.

Overall I dont think any of you want to even challenge the idea that what is currently in place is flawed. I think you should cater to everyone not just people who want to be law abiding citizens.

What isn't fun is sitting at the door of a robbery waiting for a shootout to happen, while ignoring calls from out in the city for people who actually need help. Your argument that robbery adds rp for the cops is a shallow one, as ultimately most robberies end in a shootout. It also causes us to disregard many calls for assistance throughout the city, effectively replacing our rp with this bunk deathmatch game.

You must not be around when people needlessly fire their weapons at Legion Square or do other dumb shit there. Some people think this is Central Garage Simulator 2018.

I know what You're talking about. But all this stuff happens around Legion garage because that's where we focus Most attention to.


For example, All the "bad guys" who want to go after the cops. If all the cops are just circling Legion, It's going to draw all the criminals to Legion too. And all the noise and Action are going to draw the rest of the players to Legion as well.


Honestly I think we should just get rid of the Legion Garage entirely.

Criminals aren't drawn to the garage because cops are there. Statistically, I'd wager that more violent crime happens at the garage when we are not around. Just people thinking robbing and murdering someone in daylight at the most trafficked area in the city is realistic

Honestly it doesn’t matter where you put the garage. What all of this comes down to is sifting through players that are here to play GTA V online and those that are here to RP. I guarantee and these people who run around and shoot people for no reason, Drive 200mph through the city, rob banks nonstop... haven’t done much of that in thier RL. Which is why they should still be playing GTA V online and not on an RP server!

That falls under Server rule Violation tho, Not Roleplay Situation when they're robbing people in a unrealistic setting.


Maybe our best course of action would be to have a giant BillBoard floating above the Garage with all the Server rules, Or at the very least, when someone logs on, Have the Rules pop up on screen and make them do the Ole' "I agree to these terms and Conditions". Can't play the "I didn't know" card then.

IMO bank robberies shouldn’t be possible to do each hour or whatever the cool down is. Make the cool down way longer

K KrayToast I really like this idea, but how about we change up the loading screen? If you throw up all the rules and you have to look at them while you are loading in there really is NO excuse to not know them.
