What you guys think about the new ?meta??

You guys probably know rhat the new meta is explosives and smg?s. What you think anout that? Mainly considering that the old playstyles (double pump, or even tac-pump) are unusable.

I think that it's alright to a sense, but although any meta isn't fun. But, overall, I'd say it's not terrible.

This state of the game is so garbage it's insane. Any shotguns are utterly useless, needing 2-4 shots to knock anyone, and smg's are extremely overpowered, shredding anything in their path.

Explosives could use a bit of a nerf, but I like smg play. I usually run Drum, pump/heavy shotty, sub machine or p90 now, and either an actual AR or snipe. Not a huge fan of running explosives

The double-pump/uber-build days are luckily dead, hopefully forever. The p90 probably needs a nerf, but what people need to get used to is not spamming builds to avoid shots. I'm killing squads by myself by good positioning.

I think the Tac is still alright, although I absolutely despise the pump now and will not use it unless I don't have a single gun. It's terrible now.

Fortnite is basically who has the better smg and who can hold down mouse 1 and hit the other person faster

They need to buff the shotgun damage now that you can't do double shotguns. Maybe play around with the fire rates. I've always hate the bunny hopping meta too. Skill should not be based on who can bunny hop around a person better. Either greatly increase the spread while jumping or reduce how far you can jump forward, because right now jumping and running are basically the same in terms of distance traveled. That being said fortnite is in a bit of a balance nightmare with buildings and so many different guns. As time goes on it's harder and harder to enjoy this game because the balance is getting much and much worse each week.

I still think double pumping should be re-implemented... It?s the reason I played, and it?s removal is the reason I?m quitting.
