My X80 Proto got switched to a cop vehicle and im not a cop????

In GTA 5 I logged off putting my x80 proto in the garage and when i came on the next day it wasnt in my garage and was replaced by a cop vehicle. My in game name is Logan Paul and my username is Online_assasin please help!
