Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

We were loading into jb_undertale_v1c from jb_clouds_pg and it stopped loading into the map about half way so I did disconnect in console and it was umbrella therefore the sevrer had crashed.

I have logs but it's not letting me post it here, if needed I can dm it to tech team.

Not sure but an admin said it was happening every 3 maps.

Yes I can confirm that this has been a reoccurring issue within the JB servers but it is not as frequent as it was when the panorama update came out.
