I beta'd it for a while, its pretty cool, but with beta warhammer keeping me on my mmo fix i think ill stick with that

I just got this game, but I haven't installed it so I'm not sure which server I'll choose. I'll probably choose the most populated server, as (in my experience) they tend to have more developed economy, more people for PvP/raids, etc. I'll edit or post again later when I have more specifics. It looks really cool, though!! Can't wait to start playing.

Also, is it true the game requires 33 GB of free space?

I just did a 10 hour power session and am lvl 20 now. guys that started with the 3 day headstart are around 24-26, i'll catch them tomorrow. haha.

Yeah, been playing almost all day today too. Got my Herald of Xotli up to level 20 finally. Buddy passes have not been distributed to the players yet (apparently FunCom is waiting for more paying customers before they give them out).

We'll be getting them at some point, but don't hold your breath, sorry if I got anyone's hopes up. Still an awesome game though.

I am morally opposed to the idea of paying a subscription so that you can play a game you already paid for.

I looked at it from the perspective that its $15 a month for entertainment. Some spend FAR more in 1 night at the bar. Or $10 a ticket for the movie x2 plus soda and popcorn. I find 15 fairly cheap for something i can do whenever for however long I want. I would probably pay 50-100 a month if i had to without a proble. Just don't let those game companies know. haha.

As for my character, i am a priest of mitra. 22 now, making a push for 30 today, see how long before i cant take it and need a break. The game reminds me of EQ2 with instanced everything. Kinda miss the openness of WoW. Now i leave town to run to an instance to level. Would like to roam fields and such, maybe that comes later on.

I picked it up yesterday (which is why I didn't read this till today). I've got my Necro up to lvl 12 so far.

I'm staying away from this, because from what I read its just another raid/pvp treadmill. Gotta play an excessive amount to get the good stuff.

Still waiting for that MMO more focused on PvP/skill and not so much on grinding for gear. Something that doesn't take 5+ hours a day to be near the top of a server or have scheduled raids.

I got my Herald to 20 last night, the idea was entertaining at first, but the novelty of a paper cannon is wearing off a little bit...awesome class for DPS, but they can't take hits at all.

Think I may try Dark Templar or Conquerer Instead, I usually was a bigger fan of the heavy armor guys. Or tempest of set, seems like an interesting class.

Do we have a server picked out that we could all roll on? I'm on Bane right now (cultural PvP).

So to all who got the game. How would you rate it? From 1 to 10? 1 been horible and 10 the best thing that ever happend to you when you started to play that game.. lol

I'd give it an 8 thus far. They give you an option to quest solo or with other people, the combat is spectacular, the classes are all very unique, and the player base is fairly mature.
