Mental clinic contest : need an award sig please

Dear Artists and fellow clan members,

I would like your help on this, anybody please feel free to participate:

I would require, for my next mental clinic, an sig made, to be given as an award to a fellow member. Illegibility to win this will not be discussed at this time. Here's what i need:

The award is : the Straightjacket Award

Something smaller than 250x250 pixels in size.
Shape: Round, square, star shaped, whatever you please
Colors: your choice
2d or 3d: your call
Needs at least a picture of a straightjacket or some crazy person.
I would like something that says Straightjacket award on it (at least)
Can have ribbons, gold medals, whatever you think an award should look like, even a statue.

If there is more than one person who wants to participate, i'll be more than happy to post all the entries in my mental clinic. The winner, chosen by me, will have free publicity spot in the next clinic... if you want to make your own advert i'll even agree to it.

Personal. It is not for an event or anything official.

Like i said, i will award it to somebody myself but i would prefer not to say why yet... cause i like to keep the punch for the Clinic

I've got my hands on photoshop (I got a new computer, it was on my old one...) now, so I'll try my best to think of something clever

I ripped off various tutorials and google image search, I do not regularly use photoshop nor do I consider myself creative, the background and crazy person were both made by other people somewhere on the internet, I added the text and put the three together to make...

I don't know if you'll like it honestly, but it was fun making it.

I would hope other people give it a try to, as i would like to have a few different ones to show off in my clinic of june.

Still a couple of weeks at least before i post it so please, lets get some more contestants
