Got a new pc, cant find a way to get my previous character back.

Recently got a new pc and I have tried everything found on the internet and I cant seem to get my old character back on this pc.

Isn’t this stored with your steamid/socialblade id

Hello, I'm not sure when the last time you logged in was, but we did have a reset in January. Characters are saved through SteamID.
