This still hurts my soul and I already changed it back to my normal colors.. You should've been jailed. That was a major crime against humanity..

This isnt really a bug tho, often times when peoples cars get stolen IRL they are repainted and have the vin numbers removed or forged. Or they are parted at chop shops.......
