I know I?m new and all but I have a great idea! My idea is to be able to sell drugs to npc. Some npc will call the cops and won?t take the drugs. The way to see if someone is selling would be to watch them and they would normally bend over after selling. It would be great for gang and detective unit.

Gangs

What if you accept gangs into the server but it can?t be any gang. They have to be organized and have a plan. They have to have a system in place to prevent other member for not following their code (sop). The gang would control the drug (1 per gang) and how it process will be hidden to everyone. The gang would know where their drug is at and will control it. The gang has the opinion to tell other for a price and will have to protect that location. Another gang can take them out or the gang that control it, can move it for a cost that will go up each time. If one of the gang member is caught by the cop and they tell them about them. the gang and detective unit will be investigating them.

I'm 99% sure you can sell drugs to NPCs. Unless this was removed/changed while I have been gone?

I haven’t sold drug to them I just go to the place and they give me dirty money

You can sell drugs to NPCs last time I checked. Might just be a not well known feature. Try walking up to a NPC and hitting "e". I think that's the button, but I'll double check for ya.
