Under the 'Community' dropdown, there's a 'Rules' link. It links to https://www.edge-gamers.com/rules/ - but there's another version.

It's more updated and has all the rules in one place.

The rulesmotd is used for the MOTDs of Gameservers. This is not a bug and therefore I will be denying this report. Please post this in the Contact Leadership forum.
