24/7 Minecraft TTT - Spawns

Also coming from Symba, we suggest the following spawn points be removed:

1. TTT_MC_MINESHAFT: Spawn point in jail (because you cannot get out unless someone presses the button)
2. Can't remember the second one, but it has the large building, on an island where it is flooded inside, and you can spawn underwater (take that away because you can drown and even if it happens during pre-round it still damages you when you respawn somehow)

TTT_MC_ISLAND for #2, spawn is underwater.. suggest removal
