Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

I spawned in as soon as the warden was selected. And I spawned in the middle of the map, where thorgot's credits are.

I'm pretty sure this has to due with the map having a spawn point set in that room. very easy fix, open sdk and remove the spawn point?
I've seen this on other maps too same issue with spawn points.

thorgot this sound right? Could you make this fix?

There's no spawn point in there, but there is a camera specifying that's where the camera points when you join the game before you join a team.

I think it might be better to write a sourcemod plugin checking that players spawn at a spawn point. If not they can be teleported to one. This would also fix the similar problems that happen on other maps, like this one.

I think it is. I even added a teleport under the map on avalanche to fix a similar glitch, but I only started hearing about people spawning here recently.

remember the old 6v5 on matchmaking glitch, could this be the same case? but not being fixed for community servers? It was a old 2016 glitch that would sometimes keep the bot on the same team and make the player in a regular spawn or spawn the player at a camera position. Could also be the plugin putting the player to a team to fast?

oh and thorgot princess(/id/factorynewanna) said it could just be a teleporter thats causing it but there is another location you can teleport to when this happens its like in the void lol

I think it's a CS:GO thing and not a map thing. As far as I can tell this only happens on the first round and happens on almost every single map. But it's also not that big of a problem as it only occurs on the first round.

I think A Ayto might be right. I've spawned in the ceiling of other maps like undertale, vipinthemix, etc. I think it is just a first round thing.

I cannot seem to replicate the issue myself locally, so I have no idea where to look.

If somebody has more info on this matter, please let me know.

This seems to have been fixed but there has also been an updated version of the map and server so I'll be closing this but feel free to make a report if something like this happens again.
