Bad Company 2 Day One weapons only?

....Anyone else encountering losing all of their "earned" weapons (down to the basic starter kit) when signing in today (8/22/18). This has happened before, but I dont recall what the deal was......... thx. Nut out
 
Posted to Leadership on it, they rebooted the server at 3:28pm

Gameme shows me abeing in the game, I have to load my old kit, it is there!
