Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The nominination list has a bunch of non ttt maps. When one of these maps gets picked the server either crashes or you only get glocks.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Join the Server, type !nominate, there is a list of like 30 maps that aren't ttt.

Fixed.

We were reading from the global mapcycle, not the local.
