Simon’s efforts since coming in as Manager of Day of Defeat: Source have exceeded expectations of the Community Management team. Frequently assisting in other areas, expediting concerns or requests in our Contact Leadership forum or crushing through the recommendations in our Suggestions forum, Simon’s helpful reach extended to many aspects of the community. He is a model for what new Leaders should strive to be in their positions. We thank him for his service and congratulate him on his Distinguished Service Medal.
