I'm sure we all know CSGO YouTuber McSkillet and his videos on anything and everything skin related. This happened a few miles from where I live. Just thought I'd bring the news here in case anyone hasn't found out.

Here is a link to the story for more info - tbh this comes as a huge surprise to myself as his videos are what got me into trading, collecting, and gambling CSGO skins a while back. It's crazy what one can hide behind a smile or, in this case, a successful channel on YouTube.
 
Mods, remove/move if necessary. It's CS related so I posted this here, though it probably can count as general chatter.
 
I heard about this early this morning at about 6 am, still in shock. Watched like all of his videos, he made amazing content. Mental illness is real.
 
Honestly lost for words, watched his videos 24/7 before he kinda disappeared. Didn't think he was going through something this serious, my condolences go out to the people involved and their families along with McSkillet's.
 
Yikes.

This may of been a murder-suicide because of mental health issues having to do with his steam account getting trade banned over setting up the bots to his gambling site. He lost over 100k there, so yikes, but this whole thing is just nasty.

Also, the same car was was spotted driving threw fences on an elementary school playground.

Wow, thats actually shocking. McSkillet was one of the last people I would think would do something like this, he looked like he had a good life going for him. After doing more research, him losing thousands in his steam trade ban, I understand. Rough.
 
I saw this earlier in the morning and I was shocked, prayers go to all people that were involved and their families. Btw it hasn’t been confirmed that McSkillet did this but it’s very likely that he did
 
He must have been going thru some hard times to do such a thing. Shocked that this happened, he was who taught me about what to look for in skins and stickers and such
 
He was battling depression and they're thinking it was a suicide crash. Whether it was or not, he took 2 other lives with him including that of a 12 year old girl. I have no sympathy for him.
 
Memes related to an accident like this are NOT funny. Please do not post photos making fun of an incident like this
 
This is still crazy to me, I've driven down the 805 and taken that exact exit every day for the last 2 years. I was actually stuck in that traffic 10 minutes or so after the crash. McSkillet must of been going through some shit but it's inexcusable that he took a family with him :(

That must have been truly scary man, I'm so glad you're alright. This type of thing really hits my heart and I wish he could have gotten help before it ended like this.
 
Dont feel bad for him, but i do feel bad for the two he inexplicably killed due to his selfish act. Depression or not, this was a piece of shit move to do.
