Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

I have access to all VIP commands and menus but the server doesn't show my server message when I get on, and my name color, tag and chat colors are the same as non-VIP player. Its kind of frustrating, that I pay to have a different chat color but I didn't get what I paid for.

Vip Name Tag, Name Colors, Chat colors show up when you use command but do not work when you use them

I have access to all the commands in game but none of them work

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Type any of the commands as a donator in server and they show up but don’t work

Any extra info we may need to know I got asked to move my post here. Please fix this issue we can’t use any of the commands

Just so you are aware I can get it to work occasionally I was able to get a mask change name color but most times it doesn’t work. Sometimes I can get it then it won’t work again

It works only with specific colors and only works if you're alive and not dead.

its most likely not their priority at the moment, because its only cosmetics.

I am tired of being told my issue isn’t important or isn’t top priority meanwhile people are reaking havoc on servers and I can’t do anything about it . It’s quite annoying that donators aren’t a higher priority I understand there’s other stuff they have to work on but we are supporting you guys we don’t have to

There’s a lot of things tech is working on, I think there’s almost 3-4 pages of bugs .It’s only been 3 days so give it a little more time, tech members aren’t employees and don’t get paid, they have things to do in real life to do aswell.

If you think you should be compensated you should make a Contact Leadership thread but right now when you are here complaining it doesn’t make you look very good and doesn’t make anything better.

By defination, you have paid for no services rendered. Your contributions are appreciated, but it is fact that our active team is currently limited to three members when there are over 20, or even 25, to manage. We will get to it when we have time to get into it. Please don't accuse us of some lack of care when in reality we are full-time volunteers, not a paid staff, to the community.

With that in mind, our Real Life is always greater than our Online Life. So just please be patient.
