Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Bug with chat colors and prefixes in servers.

So, for about a week now, I have had this bug where the *DEAD* doesn't appear red, the [WARDEN] isn't even there at all, and my vip colors arent showing up. Is anyone else having this bug as well? Or if not any suggestions for a fix?
