shoutbox uses old format instead of new naming format

I know but still something to be fixed

The ShoutBox runs off of Advisor/Division Leader because MAUL still runs off of those two names. Once MAUL is completely updated to the new names, ShoutBox should update with it. I don't necessarily think it's a bug, more of a feature that needs to be updated in the future.
