need help :) with mic on labtop

i have some serious issues with my mic, after an update to my labtop i cant use my microphone in any games, i tried everything to solve it but no luck, i can use my on Teamspeak and Discord but nothing else


i would be glad for every suggestions, for i need to use my mic again

Have you tried making your microphone your primary in windows settings? Have you tried making your microphone your primary in game settings? It could be all sorts of things, or maybe you have your mic muted

yeah i have it all as primary, i hope not my mic is muted XD

You could for instance load into CSGO and go to I believe options/voice(something such as this) and then it will give you the options for the output devices on your computer. It might simply be a setting on steam that you need to change though, I'm not sure how it works exactly. For instance if your steam microphone is set microphone 1, but you want to use microphone 2 for in game. If by default because of the steam setting it uses microphone 1, and you could simply change the setting in game to microphone 2. (Just a hypothetical) I'm not home at the moment otherwise I would give you exact instructions on how to navigate to it, but since steam changed the UI I haven't used it much.
