CSS Dust 2 Team shuffle

The suggestion is to shuffle teams when the score becomes very one sided. There are times when I've seen CTs be 16-0 and there are times when Ts will be 30-0. After 5 or so rounds shuffle players around, this way teams get swapped up and new blood is on the team. This would allow a losing team to get some decent players and possibly begin rushing or be able to hold sites better.

I know in the past players get extremely frustrated at this because they want to play on a certain side/with their friends, so when they are swapped they do 1 of 3 things:

1) Complain in all chat as to why this is a thing.

2) Deal with it and just try to swap back.

3) Leave the server and find a new one.

I would love more insight/information on how servers react to this now.

I've seen quite a few times usually later where it's very one sided and the server empties because people get swapped to even the teams. The people on the losing team continue to quit and the server ends up empty.

I've also seen on a full server players going spec to force other players to be moved to the other team because it's one sided.
