Fortnite event and tournaments hosting.

I think it will be a good idea if Edgegamers community would do or host a tournament in Fortnite battle royal either just for fun or compete for money, prizes..etc. Rooms could be created on the teamspeak server and people would join with whoever they feel comfortable playing with.

It shouldn't be just about prizes and money it could be a fun experience that people would duo or squad with eGO's members maybe. The tournament could be hosted every month and the winners could have a banner like at the home page on eGO for the tournament winners of the month .Example (Winners of October Fortnite tournament are Blank and blank with their profile pictures or the game pictures). It would be so much fun if tournaments would be hosted on our community every month maybe on different games and every month different people or maybe the same (If lucky) be on the home page for winners of the month tournaments.

We did and EdgeGamers night for Fortnite about a month or two ago.

I think we're doing this every now and again. I think it ran past the heads of the MS Event Team. The problem is, is the lack of stable player made servers. I know they have something like it, but it's very beta.

I like the idea. We did something like this a couple months ago but it wasn’t competitive. I think it would be cool if we did a squad tournament where people would get into teams and come up with a team name. Each game you would keep track of your kills. The team will the most kills in 3 games win. Something like that would be fun. It would be like Friday Fortnite. A popular tournament that used to be held every Friday. We would probably only do it once a month or something like that.

This is dead, but would work.
Ego can apply for a support a creator code and be able to host custom games as they have over 1k subs.
Would be pretty fun tho
