Bad Company 2 DS not working

I'm getting balanced, and I think I just got d/c'd so that someone else could join (not sure about that one).

As far as I can tell, it still isn't working fully. My join message works, but I still get balanced.

Does this happen as soon as you start the game, or after playing for a bit?

around 10 to 15 mins into a game

Is there any error messages that you get, or does the game just close out?
PC cleaned out/void of any potential airflow issues?
Does this happen with any other games?
If you adjust settings (graphical) within BC2, does the game stay open/running longer?
Are there any other programs that might hog resources that are running during this time?
Does this do this when you cleanly shut down and turn on your PC? (not a reboot).
