Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The sm_showrules command is not working. says unknown command.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Tried to show a player the rules with the command in console and got the error. Tried a couple of times while checking spelling of command and player name. Another admin on at the same time tried as well and also got the error.

On csgo pg ttt it does the same, but it was just !rules. And it would of course be helpful too
