Okay so since more admins want to be on this I have a proposal. We should have two seperate divisions for the 5v5. A unranked(no prior rank or previous silver)/silver division and nova/mg+ division.

-So for each division, we should do best out of 3.
-Have team captains vote off maps till they get to just 3 maps.
-Then have the captains vote for which map to play first. The captain who votes second for voting off maps, gets to pick which map they want to play first (out of the three remaining maps) and then so on.
-Should have a knife round to see who gets what side first in the beginning.
