So whenever I'm playing or doing anything my ethernet stops working. I usually have to unplug it and plug it back in but this really gets annoying, for example I might be playing CS:GO and it just randomly stops working. I am the only person in my house that has this problem. I don't know if this matters but my ethernet isn't directly connected to my router. This really annoys me and I have no idea how to fix this. If you know a way to solve this than please reply to this post. Thanks for reading.

eat the ethernet cord and plug it in to your computer through your left eye

Well, let’s break this down into some ideas..
1. Cable issue. There could be a break somewhere and re-seating it is temporarily putting it in a position that works.
2. Driver issue. Make sure they’re updated.
3. Physical hardware issue. The contact points could be bent.
Dig into that a little and see. A new cable is very cheap.
