[CSGO] Update multigames map mg_krane.

My multigames map mg_krane_multigames is on the server, but is using a version from a couple years ago. It has since been updated about 6 times and is currently on version 1.3, and I don't plan on updating it any more. Please update the server version, it fixes tons of things and adds at least 7 new games.

Thanks for making us aware! I am all for getting the newest, stable, version of a map on the server! Lets see what other people think, though!
