I would keep like 60% of it for myself to use and enjoy, and leave the remaining 40% for whoever lost it or stumbles upon it next.

Take half, slowly exchange it for different bills because police may be tracking the serial numbers. Once, I'm done with that, I'd slowly put it into a bank account, and start investing it. I'd continue my life normally, getting a degree, while investing on the side. Once I hit $100,000, I'd take 30% of anything over, keeping my capital over $100,000, and still rising. I'd live in community housing or somewhere with very cheap rent for the entire time this has been happening and use the money saved to start a company or take over one and expand it into a franchise. I'd continue investing, and hopefully retire in 30 yrs from now (before 50 years old).
