"Vetin" part is like a random name I came up that are hard to pronounce in some language and "Slavensk" part used to be Slovene but made it slav to give more Russian vibe cause Russian vibe iz cool.
Basically I just wanted to make it unique and related to what I like, and ended up like this.

Echo is one of my favourite nouns/verbs. It just has a nice ring to it.

I got FX from the band "NoFX" I just always thought it was neat to use two letters to pronounce a word.

My name started out as “Muffin Man” from a Minecraft account an older friend passed down to me. And In-between then, and when I got steam, I thought old english was pretty funny. Leading to the name ThyMuffinLord.

It was only after joining pG that I changed my name to TinyMuffinLord. This was because there were several other Tiny’s on TTT that encouraged the change (I became the 5th Tiny). But it was mainly “Tiny Muffin”, a long time TTT player, who persuaded me to change my name.

Man I went on league and picked a hot character, I quit playing the game 15 mins later and I stole her name haha.

My friend's name was Lugia and I was Ho-oh. A shiny Ho-Oh seemed cooler than a normal one, so I changed my name to Shiny Ho-Oh. Then I dropped the Ho-Oh and stuck with Shiny. Then, some idiots in a casual lobby pronounced Shiny as Shih-Knee, and my friends called me that instead because they thought it was funny. So that's how it's pronounced now lmao.
