Back when I was a wee little guy I found out about a stone called “Black Opal” and thought it was super cool. Over time the name got shortened to Opal, and then went to iOpal when I started playing Minecraft PVP servers a little too competitively. Then when I wanted to change my name I checked a website that lets you see available Minecraft names. On that website I saw the name “0sai” was going to be available, so I sniped it. The name stuck, although I replaced the zero with an o, and here we are now

Kinda sad honestly. I've been called NPC in real life by friends so as a joke I change my name to NPC.exe. The .exe part comes from a love for CS:GO and the word.exe incident. However my old name which I still kinda use (my discord name) is ImPoland. Which came from by brother using my steam account and changing it to "Poland" I couldn't find a better name at the time and stuck with it. After a while someone said they were poland which is the me added the "Im" part to "ImPoland."

When I was about 10 or around that age I got my first ps4 for Christmas. Therefore I had to create a username. I had just recently read the headless horseman, So I wanted to implement something into my name relating to that. Because it was Christmas my cousins were staying with me and they would always say that my head was hollow as in I didn't have a brain, younger me didn't like that but I came to the realization that the headless horseman and that joke had some similarities. When I was face to face with the make a username screen I told my oldest cousin to type HollowsDeath which I like a mix between both things. The older I got on some games I would shorten it to Hollows, And here we are.

My name has two parts to it each being similar to one another in a way. The first part "Captain" came from a love and passion for pirates... I had always dreamed of being a pirate and still to this day collect many things from pirate history with my adult money. The Captain of a ship being one of the most powerful figures of the ship who leads their crew or team to safety or the win. The second part of the name "Ferda" means "for the" which in my case I will do anything "for the team" to secure that win! I am a team player who loves team chemistry and will step up for the clutch when needed.

Fun fact: The captain never leaves the bombsite when the bomb is planted.... Captain goes down with the ship.

So, I keep asking people why they chose their names and I was thinking why not make a thread about it so that I dont need to annoy the hell out of people anymore.

Let's start off with my name. I chose United Airlines because it was a meme a while ago. It was meant to be my name for a month or two until the meme died but I kept it.
