For most of the guys and eGO members that i play with on the TF2 servers are wondering where i've been the past few days. I'm about 3000 miles away from my rig thats in phoenix. For the past couple of days i've been up in Washington D.C enjoying/ being semi-annoyed of walking to each museam and having to wake up around 5 just to go to D.C on a metro subway (were 45min away from downtown) to look at momuments. It's irritating not being able to sleep in on my summer vacation. Oh well. I guess it was worth it to get into the white house and look around inside. But if your getting tired of the constant idea of going to disneyland every summer, D.C is a great place to stay cool in the summer sun. Thats what i've been up to so if you need me i'll be on my non-gaming laptop for most of the trip so if you need me just PM me or email me at [email protected]

I have a story about a visit to the White House gone bad.

So my friend is a pretty smart guy. He's one of those smart guys that occasionally does something so incredibly dumb that it causes us all to realize everybody is human. Well, during his middle school trip to Washington DC, he reminded us of just how human we all are.

My friend Jonathan went through the metal detectors before entering the White House. The funny thing is, he didn't set off the metal detectors. Instead, after going through security, right before leaving the security area, he looks over at one of the Secret Service Agents and says, "So, I hear you can't bring guns in this place?"

This 7th-grader was immediately "Detained" to put it mildly, by both fully grown Secret Service Agents.

He is now 24 and in seminary in Texas.

It's a beautiful city. I haven't been there since 7th grade which was 11 years ago. I want to go back eventually.

Went there on a middle school 8th grade trip as well. We couldn't get into the white house at the time, but I wish I could have. I'm going back to Disneyworld this summer. I don't care about any park but Epcot so I'm there for 3 days!

damnit you got me PNSD, i'm taking mcain's spot on the senate. But no i'm still here and will be here for anouther week (so 7 more days) now, i'll update what i've been though so far.

alright first off Yes i did get into the white house and it was pretty cool.
then we went to the smithsonean institute of natural history and the air and space museam.
after that we headed off the the department of printing and engraving (they make money there and there wernt free samples ).
shortly after we went to the capatal and saw where the house of representatives vote for bills (they weren't in there when i got there).
then took a nightlite tour of all of the monuments.
lastly we've gone to the institute of american indian history.

and we've gone to so many starbucks its not even funny and i'll tell you something.....
i was in a starbucks and when we came out of it, i say about right diagonally across the street in anouther building. THERE WAS A STARBUCKS! So.....the starbucks has literally now taken over D.C thanks to waterdown overpriced coffie and poundcakes, so in the year 2052 the starbucks war was begining...and the world blew up due to a nuke made out of frapachinos. So when that day comes we can blame starbucks for passing the super power torch to china that sprints it way towards arrmegaton! Thats all i got to say for now, but i'm having a great time. I'll see you guys on steam friday and we'll party like its 2099 on TF2. But until then ......Bjorn, signing off ;D
