These settings will increase your FPS 10-40 fps depending on your pc!

GTA V Graphic Settings


DirectX Version: 10.1
Screen Type: Fullscreen
Resolution: 1920x1080 (This can go up or down depending on your pc)
Aspect Ratio: 16:9
Refresh Rate: 60hz or 144hz (Depending on your monitor)
FXAA: Off
MSAA: OFF (This will dramatically decrease fps if this is on)
VSync: Off (Unless you have screen tearing then turn it on)
Population Density: 50%
Population Variety: 25%
Distance Scaling: 15% (This can decrease your fps by 10 fps if at 100%)
Texture Quality: High (Turn this down if you have a low end pc)
Shader Quality: Normal
Shadow Quality: Normal
Reflection Quality: Off
Water Quality: Normal (This can be set to High only decreases fps by 1)
Particles Quality: Normal (If set to Very High will dramatically decrease fps)
Grass Quality: Normal (If set to Very High will dramatically decrease fps)
Soft Shadows: Sharp
Post FX: Normal
Motion Blur: Off
Post FX: High (Normal if you have a low end pc)
Anisotropic Filtering: x16
Ambient Occlusion: Off
Tessellation: Off


GTA V Advanced Graphic Settings


Long Shadows: Off (This will dramatically decrease fps if this is on)
High Resolution Shadows: Off (This will dramatically decrease fps if this is on)
High Detail Streaming While Flying: Off
Extended Distance Scaling: Off (This will dramatically decrease fps if this is on)
Frame Scaling Mode: Off

Copy All The Settings Below! (THIS WORKS FOR ALL NVIDIA GRAPHICS CARDS)


Optimize Disk Drives


This is built into windows no download required.

just remove ELS and push people to the side of the road using a dumptruck

Keep in mind that SSDs do not need defragmenting or optimizing :)
 
I just tried it out because the way I had it set I would get like 24 FPS and this did get my frames stabilized in the 35-40 range. Thanks!
