Seems like you are the one thats trigger happy here.
Ok I'm gonne give my honest oppinion on this one so everyone can learn from this situation.
Sorry, but I see a lot of mistakes on all sides here.
Let me summen for what I see in this video:
1. You got hit a few times from the back at your car with a car of player 31. You steps out of your car and shoots him twice, without RPing to warn him to shoot if he dont stop hitting your car, thats what I will call RDM.
2. Player 31 comes upstairs with a big gun (shotgun) raized in the paint shop office pointed at you. You had a tazer in your hand but switched it to a handgun when you see him. Ok no problem there. He says to rais your hands in the air several times. You get behind the other player as a shield. Still good there but NVL (No Value for Life) to NOT rais your hands. He shoots besides you to warn you because you didn't raise your hands. Comes close to you to get intimidate you. You strike him with the back of your handgun and knockes him out. But still NVL I think. Specialy because you know allready the guys work together. Even when the other player 24 is tied up on his hands what brings me to the other point.
3. The player 24 his hands where tied up. How did he could get a gun pulled out of his bag and tries to shoot you? I'm gonne call that FailRP.
4. Fast forward to the police chase: The cop 76 warned you a few times too shoot you if you don't stop running . You where running with a handgun in your hand. Not pointing at the cop but running with it in you hand (The handgun is a lethal weapon). You break in to a car while you are in a chase on foot and try to flee that way. The cop 76 was in his right too shoot. Even when you where not pointing at him. BUT..... A teaser from his side would be a better idea, but because you where carrying a lethal weapon in your hand, like mentioned before, they can shoot you also with a lethal weapon because you are a threat to them at that point. On the otherside though. The cop 76 could do some RPing also when he approcced you at the car and warn you again before shooting. And because there where also othercops on the scene. He could pull out a teaser while the others have a lethal handgun in there hand pointed at you and shoot you with the teaser to get you out of the car.
Always keep in mind RP before gun shooting, this meanes for everyone who RPes.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you loos. its not always about the winning.
Then your text at the end of your YT video.
- 2 hours in jail, on what charges?
- You showed a video to the cops? How? Did you have a gopro running? I dont see any of that information in the video.
- The cop that shot you is not always the cop that also process you. They can switch information on the radio or in a small meeting for the charges for you fine and jail time. Sometimes it's even better to have a other cop to process you so there will not be that much salt at the PD.
Would I do the same thing? No, not at all.
First I would raise my hands when some one walks in with a big gun(read shotgun) pointed at me and I only have a handpistol in my hand (Value for my life) and RP it out. if they rob me, Well, so be it. I will get my revenage later on with payback time in RP story telling.
There where a lot of ways to prevent to get shot. First of all. When you flee from the cops, your car has broke down and get on foot. Put your gun straight away when you exit the car. In this way the cops may not use a lethal weapon on you because you don't have a gun in your hand. The only way to stop you is with a teaser in your hand or tackel you.
These are my thoughts in this situation based on your youtube video that you posted.
Please keep in mind. I'm not attacking some one. It's just for what I have seen and my oppinion on that.
For all involved in this. Please learn from this situation and get better in RPing in this kind of situations.
I hope my insight will clear a lot of things for everyone.

Jeff that you for taking the time to comment. Many good point. So here on edge if you getting robbed you can reaction by trying to take them down. There is no fear rule here.

Have you been in one if the store. You can buy a gopro inside.
So fast forward to the end. Just because someone holding a gun does not mean you can shoot them. Only time you shoot is when they are pointing at you or someone else. They are a danger to the public.I did neither. Holding a gun does not make you code red. You know what code red is. Afterward i talk to the other cop ooc That were onscene. He said i point the gun at him. he was the only one to shoot me just cuz. The cops had no idea what was going on inside.

You right. Maybe if he did not act like a clown the whole time and try to rp he would have not got shot
