Whenever you spawn in at the first rounds you get stuck in the roof.

This has been reported already HERE. Its not an issue with the map but an issue with CSGO. I've had this happen in almost every map.
thorgot summed it up pretty nicely:

There's no spawn point in there, but there is a camera specifying that's where the camera points when you join the game before you join a team.

I think it might be better to write a sourcemod plugin checking that players spawn at a spawn point. If not they can be teleported to one. This would also fix the similar problems that happen on other maps, like this one.
