Remove odd man out, Please. Or, at least put it in an oppionated game because all it is T's picking favorites. For example if you want to play odd man out, the warden should say, "If you want to play an opinioned game get to my red marker, if you want to play primary, etc."

I think the best way to do this is if you make it so they can only do it based off of typing a color marker in chat, but having the markers randomized

-1. There's different forms of odd man out and outright banning it wouldn't be right. It wouldn't be considered opinionated because Warden isn't choosing favorites, its up to the T's.

I play odd man out when I have 3 T's left and little time on the clock. Whether it be face the T you want to die, crouch or jump, or answer my question correctly and choose a marker to die. Its handy if you need to play a quick game to reach lr and odd man out is as old as Jailbreak itself.

T's picking favorites has always been a part of jailbreak, in the form of winners of trivia picking who to kill, picking teams for soccer, and et cetera. It doesn't need to be removed and is fine as it is.

Whenever I play odd man out, I understand how you feel, I often just look in the middle of the other Ts and let fate decide whether they should live:).

As a player, you can show your distaste to games like this by just coordinating with your fellow Ts to look at one another (ALL Ts LOOK LEFT!!!!), or you can just stop playing these games if you are warden and just play a map game.

I see your point, but I don't think it should be removed. As Jacko said, if you have 3 Ts and little time, it's probably the best option. It is an overplayed game, and sometimes I feel bad participating in it as a T, but it shouldn't be removed.

I can see the point of you have 3 T's and little time. But other then that I don't think this is a good game, that's why I usually do least faces because one of the two teamer's die. Other than that I don't think it's too good of a game, a game should either be lucked based or skill based and shouldn't include favourtism in any sort of way.

Its a quick game and can give extra LR time. Also by using that logic we have to ban the option where a winning T can kill 1-2 other Ts. For example, Trivia or Type it back.

I get the favoritism part and how it can be a bit distasteful, but the game is actually a nice way to get to LR a bit faster. Since it is a game that is typically played at the end of the round (with 3 T's remaining), most of the playerbase has been waiting dead for the next round to start. The sooner we can get the round to its endtime and have everyone alive and playing again, the better.

In my personal opinion, I think the game is fine. Keep the opinions coming!

I love doing odd man out where the 4 of 3 T's look directly up and answer a trivia question and the winner gets to choose two colored makers to die. As Jacko mentioned there are multiple variants of this game and removing it completely would be pointless as it is a popular, creative and fun.

Not a fan of the game, but there isn't yet a better strategy for killing that annoying third guy quickly. Trivia is better I guess, but few maps have facilities to make a quick and fun reduction of one person, at least with the current meta. Temple Studios has Shoot Out but alas, it's one of the maps the server crashes on when loading.

I'd encourage just showing others how to produce a better game. Just running a few really good rounds can change a server, as people will emulate the games you did.

For example, you could do a climb but with a really short time limit - furthest in 10-20 seconds or something. Have a think.

Half of the issue here is the strict rules on "custom games". It's kills creativity in CTs because, even if their idea is allowed, there is usually a hefty delay in producing it, especially custom climbs.

"Games that are custom (not a map-game) must not be too difficult unless the warden can successfully demonstrate it in no more than 1 attempt."

I also think there may be a misunderstanding/vagueness with the rule here. Not every custom game need be demonstrated, but it's unclear when you must demonstrate.

Does it mean:

"Games that are custom (not a map-game) must not be too difficult. The warden must successfully demonstrate it in no more than 1 attempt."

Or

"Games that are custom (not a map-game) must not be too difficult. If it
is difficult, the warden must prove it can be done in no more than 1 attempt."

After further discussion, we decided to leave the game in.

Thank you for the suggestion!
