Basically I don't see why selective roofs on the map are considered map exploits when there is a level of skill to get there, meanwhile the trees and the spawn roofs are more of exploits. Either none should be considered exploits or all of them should. In my opinion none of them should or if any are it would be the trees and the spawn roofs as the others require good jumps to get there

Is the main issue even being addressed?

WHY are they considered exploits, when it simply takes skilljumps to get there?
Also, if it's an exploit, then wouldn't the trees and the other roofs be too?

What are the differences?

I think that's what Scourge meant, but if not - I'm still curious lmao

Exactly this, It isn't even about what locations are exploits it is why are roofs exploits when the trees are more of an exploit imo.

I would not consider the roofs nor the trees being an exploit, as you cannot see anything that you are not supposed to see, However I don't think the map maker intended for us to climb on the roof.

Sammie Sammie Drewerth Drewerth What do you guys think about this spot on apehouse, it requires a skill jump that is extremely difficult. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=29lO_a7XR8c sorry about my friends being obnoxiously loud idk how to not have shadowplay record audio.

Personally speaking, as this particular area doesn't have any underlining purpose (other than the players ability to get there); it does give player(s) a tactical advantage in other perspectives. If you are facing the main-building, as a Traitor, you can virtually camp this roof-top and be in sight of the entire second level. Players to the left/right or below this structure cannot KOS you for shooting at something that they visibly cannot see (They can claim suspicion); however, they would need more than a single suspicious act to affirm a KOS on that player (You MUST have DEFINITIVE proof). In addition, if this location is made use of as a tactical perch; I can see problems with confusion amongst players in the building and RDM issues arising. Essentially, a large percentage of our player-base (including myself) are unable to get to this location. Granted this will rarely happen because of the amount of time, and skill it takes to get this area of the map, I can already see it coming up as a discussion in the future. This is just one members opinion. The decision in terms of labeling it as an Out of Bounds area, or restricting the ability to enter this area isn't left up to me, but more of a suggestion.

Any area that is not reachable by normal means is considered Out of Bounds. Or an area that gives the player an advantage in the game.

Drewerth was the map editor. If he is saying that people are intended to get there, then it is not an exploit.

Thank you for the suggestion though!
