TS bot isn't updating peoples ranks from maul.

TEAMSPEAK

The teamspeak bot seems to not be updating the changes made in maul.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
When joining the teamspeak server with an updated rank in maul the bot isn't updating it in ts
Any extra info we may need to know
Im unsure as to what all this applies to but it could mean that banned players are able to join ts when they arnt supposed to. Not sure if this is the case but it might be good to look into
