The EGO Dust2 server won't load anymore for me.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
Since last night I was unable to join the 24/7 d2 server. It wouldn't load if I tried connecting through console commands, through joining a friend or anything. It won't show up under favorites or history and when I try adding it nothing appears. http://prntscr.com/lr78c is what comes up when I tried joining a friend of mine. I tried uninstalling source and steam and the server wouldn't load after I finished re-downloading.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
http://prntscr.com/lr78c is what shows up when I look at server details through steam or try joining a friend.
When I tried connecting through console it tries 4 times then says it's unable to connect. When I try to search for the server it literally shows nothing for it and it won't load after I add it to my favorites. I tried copy and paste + manually typing it out.
Any extra info we may need to know
Just to sum it up, the 24/7 dust2 server for ego won't load for my server list. Not on favorites or past history. I tried reinstalling the game and steam but to no avail.
