medic cant access all med stuff

medics cant fly ems chopper displays messager of civilians cant drive this vehicle and also cant open police doors to render first aid to people in police cells

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

set job to ems and try to fly helicopter, also walk upto door and press E
​

Once the server restarts you will be able to fly the choppers and open the cell doors. Thanks for making bug reports! Helps me keep up.
