Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
I was a t and killed the last inno and picked up his healthshot at the end of the round, and at the start of the next round i still had it and it was usable
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
As far as i know kill an inno with a healthshot as t at the end of the round
Any extra info we may need to know
