Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Karma starts at 0 instead of the base 80 that it's normally at. Not sure if you can be banned from the server at to low of a karma or not. The first round I was on the server I also gained 20 karma even though I died instantly. On top of this you no longer spawn in with a knife on the server, I'm sure this is all due to the recent CS:GO update.

Fix 1 thing, break another.....

Divine with too low karma you will get banned for 1 day if its starts with 80 but you rdm alot at 45 you will get banned for 1 day, but since its not working with the karma system anymore they cant get the 1 day ban for too low karma

This was fixed after a server restart.

If this happens again, it is usually when the TTT plugin is changed. The server just needs to be restarted and it will be fixed.

Not a bug as the plugin just needs to be reloaded after a change.

You shouldn't get banned, until you're verified. You are verified after select Client Karma sql callback.
